Bio

My full name is Kieran Coleman Brennan and I am in my third year of teaching at Wheaton Warrenville South High School.
I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Supply Chain Management & Marketing degree from the Gies College of Business.
I also received a minor in Spanish. Because of my wellrounded studies in college, I am licensed to teach Business (negocio), Spanish (Español), Math (Matemáticas), and Economics (Economía).
Something that makes me unique is that I am a citizen of both the great United States of America as well as my ancestors' homeland of Ireland!
Additionally, something worth noting is that I cannot shut up about my golden retriever little sister! Her name is Carlin! Pictured above :)

My Favorite CodeHS Projects

So far, this Image Hover Overlays project that I did on my 2021 summer vacation destination has been on of my favorites.

Another project that was also very satisfying for me to complete was the Accordions project that I did on my favorite dog breeds!

Additionally, if you continue with me in Web 2, you will learn the magic of Bootstrap. Here is my Bootstrap website that I built for Dennis "The Worm" Rodman. I cannot lie, I am very proud of this Rodman website.

Probably my biggest labor of love would be this totally sweet website that I made for Coach Norris and the WWS football programme.

Paying further homage to my little sister Carlin, I made this epic automated slidehow to show how cute she is!

I can keep going on an on about the sweet stuff I have made in this web design game, but one last humble grab would be this Modal I created in honor of one of my favorite exotic animal species: The Narwhal!

What does the future hold???....

The future of Web Design at Wheaton Warrenville South High School excites me because of the bright minds that populate my class roster. I cannot wait to see my students' efforts on their next big project, which will take place right here on CodeHS!
